This Tommy Chong portrait was digitally painted using Adobe Photoshop and presented as a modern Netflix graphic. I chose an analogous color scheme of blues, greens, and yellows to capture the vibrance of the cannabis world surrounding Tommy Chong. The biggest initial challenge faced was developing Tommy Chong’s likeness, which would later become an important building block for future Illustrations. Developing my painterly style in this medium came quickly and helped bring this illustration to life.
